• Lining is constructed of polyester mesh
• Two exterior waist-flapped pockets with snap closer – 7" W x 8" D
• Length ranges in sizes from 30" to 33" in .5" increments
• Detachable and stowable hood
• Zipper and snap front closure
• One chest radio/phone pocket flapped with hook & loop closure – 3" W x 5" D with 1" gusset
• Vents on back side for breathability
• Reflective material is 3M Scotchlite brand
• Meets all levels of water protection, up to and including "waterproof" per ANSI/ISEA 107
